Aristos Ventures is a venture capital firm that invests in highly capital-efficient technology companies in Texas.

Aristos Ventures focuses on IT-related sectors: Mobile enrichment, Web-based applications and information services, and SaaS/cloud infrastructure. These sectors are expected to generate substantial growth as the desktop internet economy inevitably goes mobile, providing a powerful inflection point for technology infrastructure built over 30 years. The key features of the Fund are:

Capital Efficiency: The startup value equation has changed. Technology companies are now much more efficient as capital expenditures have become operational expenses.

Risk Compensation: The value created in the early stage round is being rewarded again as companies launch products, gain traction, and prove micro-level metrics.

Exits: The Fund will target investment sizes of $750,000 to $1 million with a meaningful ownership percentage. Target investments will be those capable of producing exits in the $5 to $20+ million range.

Incentive Alignment: The fund size and strategy of Aristos Ventures provide strong alignment between the interests of the firm and entrepreneur, as well as between Aristos Ventures and our limited partners.

Aristos Ventures describes itself as a micro venture capital (VC) or seed fund. The firm is geographically agnostic but focuses on the technology centers of Texas in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.
