Kelly E. has a diverse and extensive work experience history spanning over two decades. They began their career as a Legislative Assistant at Thelen Reid & Priest LLP in 2000. From there, Kelly worked at General Electric as an International Trade Specialist starting in 2002 and then became the Manager of GEPAC from 2005 to 2008. They then joined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP as a Senior Public Policy Specialist from 2008 to 2010. After that, Kelly worked as a PAC Manager for Prudential Financial from 2010 to 2011 and as the Director of Political Programs at NextEra Energy from 2012 to 2012. They then moved on to HP as a Senior Manager of PAC and Political Programs from 2012 to 2015, and later at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Senior Manager of PAC & Political Programs from 2015 to 2017. Kelly held the position of Director of MSPAC at Microsoft from 2017 to 2019 and Deputy Director at Committee on Arrangements, RNC from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are the Vice President of Consulting at Aristotle since March 2021.

Kelly E. completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Siena College, which they attended from 1997 to 2000. Kelly also enrolled in the Cedar Crest College for a year in 1996-1997, where they pursued Political Science with a focus on National Security Policy Studies. In 1999, Kelly participated in the Washington Semester Program at American University, focusing on American Government and Politics (United States). Furthermore, in 2000, they engaged in a Study Abroad program at the American College Dublin. Kelly's education journey continued in 2016 when they completed the Women's Campaign School at Yale University, specializing in Political Campaigns.
