William L. has significant work experience in the field of sales and account management. William started their career at RTCRM as an Associate Account Executive from April 2004 to July 2005. In 2005, they joined Aristotle as a Technical Support Representative and quickly progressed, being promoted to manage the department within 6 months. William then transitioned to account management and eventually became the Vice President of Account Management. In 2016, they took on the role of Vice President of Implementation & Sales Engineering, where they were involved in various aspects of the business, including product development. Throughout their tenure at Aristotle, William achieved record percentages in client retention, satisfaction, and renewal. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, as well as contribute to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

William L. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Dickinson College, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
