Jessica Peña

Jessica Peña has a range of work experience in the field of experience design. Jessica most recently worked at Arity as a Principal Experience Designer. Prior to that, they held roles as an Associate Experience Design Manager and Sr. Product Designer at the same company. Before joining Arity, Jessica worked at Allstate as a Product Designer. Jessica also gained experience as a User Experience Designer intern at Perkins+Will and as a User Experience Designer at DESIGNATION Labs. Jessica's early work experience includes a role as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Jessica Peña holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago. Jessica also studied Summer Language & Culture at CIEE Study Abroad. Additionally, they have an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Accounting from Harper College. Jessica Peña has obtained certifications as a Luma Institute Certified Facilitator and a LUMA Institute Certified Practitioner from LUMA Institute. Jessica is also a Certified SAFe Agilist certified by Scaled Agile, Inc.
