Alexander Price is an experienced executive in retail labour and people analytics, currently serving as Vice President at Aritzia since November 2010. In this role, Alexander oversees all Labour and Workforce Planning activities, internal communications, process improvements, event management, and administration, while effectively bridging the needs of the Retail Management Division with stakeholders. Throughout a decade at Best Buy Canada prior to Aritzia, Alexander excelled in various roles including Senior Manager of Workforce Planning, contributing significantly to cost savings and operational efficiency, notably by designing a commission model that saved $10 million annually.
