Carol Wong, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager at Aritzia since November 2012. In this role, Carol leads an internal consulting team that collaborates with various business units to optimize Aritzia's operational framework, focusing on building and implementing scalable infrastructure. Carol's career at Aritzia encompasses progression through multiple roles, including Manager, Senior Analyst, and Analyst within the Strategy & Operations Department, as well as various managerial positions in store operations.
