Jenna Dickenson

Jenna Dickenson has a wealth of experience in the sales and mortgage industries. In 2006, they began their career as a Senior Loan Coordinator at Lenox Financial Mortgage. During their time there, they improved customer retention by 5% year-over-year from 2007-2010, reduced approval and closing timelines by streamlining the submission process and communication channels, and established guidelines for appraisal orders to ensure compliance of new MDIA regulations. In 2010, Jenna moved on to become the Sales & Marketing Office Manager at Hilton Atlanta. Here, they led the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Marketing team and was able to uncover new markets, such as weddings and family reunions, to increase average occupancy rates. In 2012, Jenna worked as an Enterprise Sales Executive & New Account Development at BIS - Technology for Your Information, where they solved complex business problems concerning the collection, processing, and transformation of unstructured data. Jenna also held the role of Director of Processing at The Griddd Inc. that same year. In 2019, Jenna moved to Medallia as a Sales Director, partnering with Fortune 500 organizations to help them better understand how their customers feel about their brand. Most recently, Jenna is the Regional Director of Business Development - Southwest & Rockies at ARIVE, where they are in charge of creating and nurturing relationships with Lenders, Independent Mortgage Brokers, and TPOs in the Southwest and Rockies regions. Additionally, they are the founder and creator of My Favorite Processor, a Mortgage Loan Processing Pipeline Management Application & Resource Library.

Jenna Dickenson attended Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2005 to 2010 and graduated with a Bachelors Degree, Magna Cum Laude. Her field of study was Managerial Sciences and Entrepreneurship. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from the U.S. Copyright Office and NMLS: Copyrighted Literary Work - My Favorite Processor (November 2021), Mortgage Broker (September 2020) and Mortgage Loan Originator (September 2020).
