Carlie Yapp

Carlie Yapp is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in financing and development. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Arixa Capital since May 2021, Carlie specializes in loan origination for non-recourse construction financing, bridge, and permanent financing. As President of Townsend Development since September 2010, Carlie oversees the ground-up development and construction of multifamily, commercial, and residential buildings. Previous experience includes Co-President at Bungalow 7, where Carlie was involved in the development of single-family homes, and Vice President at US Bank, focusing on loan origination for commercial real estate projects. Carlie began a career in accounting as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte. Educational credentials include an MBA in Real Estate Development and Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Economics from UC Irvine.
