Mark Okuma

Mark Okuma has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Mark is currently working at Arixa Capital as the Director of Originations, where they play a key role in generating new business opportunities. Prior to this, they served as a Loan Originator and Commercial Underwriter at the same company.

Before joining Arixa Capital, Mark worked at CBRE as an Associate. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating transactions from origination to closing, including listings, purchase contracts, property tours, inspections, and escrows. Mark successfully sold multiple multi-family properties for a total of $76+ million. Mark also performed financial analysis of real estate investment opportunities for current and prospective clients.

Mark started their career at The Ensbury Group as an Associate, where they gained valuable experience before moving on to CBRE.

Mark Okuma attended Pitzer College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematical Economics. Mark also obtained a certification as a California Real Estate Salesperson from the California Department of Real Estate in July 2020.
