Rob Derba

Rob Derba has extensive work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Rob has worked as the Director of Originations at Arixa Capital since September 2020. Before that, they were the Vice President of Originations at Pivotal Capital Group II, LLC from March 2019 to September 2020. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Corporate Loan Officer at Genesis Capital LLC. Prior to their roles in finance, Rob worked as a Senior Paralegal and Assistant to the SVP/General Counsel at L&R Group of Companies from 2009 to 2014. Rob also has experience in the entertainment industry, having worked at AEG, Live Nation/House of Blues, William Morris Endeavor, and E! Entertainment Television in various roles. Additionally, they have experience in audio production and served as an Audio Director at Sonic Branding Solutions from 2000 to 2002.

Rob Derba attended The Evergreen State College from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music. Rob then pursued further education at Berklee College of Music from 1998 to 2000, focusing on Music Production & Engineering, Music Business, and Piano Performance.
