Seth Davis

Seth Davis has over 20 years of work experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Seth is currently the Managing Director at Arixa Capital, a real estate investment manager specializing in residential and commercial real estate. Previously, Seth worked at Western Alliance Bank, where they developed a new business line within the Specialty Lending Group, resulting in a $3 billion book of business. Seth also managed non-performing loans and led negotiations on acquired note sales. Prior to that, Seth served as the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at MidFirst Bank, where they successfully managed a portfolio of real estate secured debt. Seth began their career at Macerich, where they worked as a Property Accountant, overseeing the accounting for a $500 million portfolio of regional shopping centers. Overall, Seth has demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, loan resolution, and business development.

Seth Davis obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California Lutheran University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they pursued an MBA specializing in Real Estate Finance at USC Marshall School of Business, completing their degree from 2000 to 2002.
