Carl Graves

Carl Graves is a Managing Partner of SOL Group, where they oversee the Strategy, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Administrative functions of the company. Previously, they co-founded and served as President and CFO of Rizing, overseeing its growth to over 1,500 personnel and nearly $250 million in revenue. Carl also held the position of CFO at Genesis Solutions and worked as a Vice President in Corporate Finance at FleetBoston Financial Corporation. Their career began in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant in Surface Warfare. Carl holds a BS from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Yale University.
