Hannah Turk

Hannah Turk is a senior software engineer at Arize AI. Hannah has 5 months of experience in their current role. During their time at Pandora, they developed and maintained Python/Django apps as part of Pandora's internal ad buying platform. Before their time at Pandora, they were at Harvey Mudd College for 3 years and 2 months where they were a writing center consultant, software development grader & tutor, and summer institute writing fellow. In their role as a writing center consultant, they provided feedback to students on compositions in all disciplines, whether written, spoken, or visual pieces. As a software development grader & tutor, they graded weekly assignments and held tutoring hours for student groups building Android applications. And as a summer institute writing fellow, they worked one-on-one with nine students in a four-week introductory writing course.

In addition to their work experience, Hannah Turk also has experience as a software engineer intern at Pandora and an undergraduate research assistant at UCLA Computer Vision Lab. During their internship at Pandora, they worked on developing and maintaining Python/Django apps as part of Pandora's internal ad buying platform. As an undergraduate research assistant at UCLA Computer Vision Lab, they worked with a PhD student mentor on a computer vision system that takes in a set of images of a scene, builds a corresponding 3d model, and partitions the model into the objects in the scene.

Hannah Turk attended Harvey Mudd College from 2012-2016, studying computer science. During their time at Harvey Mudd, they were involved in the Women in Computer Science club, as well as the school's chamber and concert choirs. Hannah also played intramural sports. Prior to attending Harvey Mudd, they went to San Marcos High School from 2008-2012.
