Tiffany Cunningham

Originally from NYC, Tiffany Cunningham recently joined the board in 2021. She is the Financial Officer for the Office of the President and Executives at The Pennsylvania State University. She has worked at Penn State for over 13 years in various roles, including in the colleges of Agricultural Sciences, Engineering, and Education. Of the many projects Tiffany has worked on, one project involved managing the budget and finances of Penn State’s largest research grant at the time ($135M). This grant garnered national attention and resulted in President Obama’s visit to Penn State in 2011. She is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, receiving her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Africana Studies from Vassar College. She currently co-teaches the Personnel and Labor class for Penn State’s Administrative Committee on Research (ACOR) Certification and Education Series and the Budget and Finance class for Penn State’s Human Resource professional development series. At Penn State, she has served on numerous committees, including F&B Black History Month Committee, Corporate Controller Diversity & Inclusion Team, PSU Alumni Association Fast-Start Mentoring Program, F&B Diversity, and Inclusion Mentoring Program, and the ACOR Executive Committee.
