Rhonda Thiel, BSHA, CDP, ALM, currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America, focusing on education, information, and advocacy within the senior living industry. Previously, Rhonda held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Heritage Communities, successfully increasing regional occupancy by 23% in the first year. With extensive experience in both operational and marketing support for senior living communities, notable roles included Regional Director of Operations and Executive Director at Cadence Senior Living and Koelsch Senior Communities, respectively. Rhonda's background also encompasses community relations and construction management, highlighted by a history of opening and managing various assisted living and memory care facilities.
