Michaela Trejo-Flores

Michaela Trejo-Flores is currently the Director of Operations for Women’s Gymnastics and Soccer at Arizona Athletics, beginning in August 2023. In this role, Michaela collaborates with coaches and support staff to manage travel, recruiting, and logistical concerns. Previously, Michaela served as a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros Coffee from 2020 to 2024, supervising a team of 30 and overseeing daily operations. Additionally, Michaela worked as an Event Manager at Arizona Athletics from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included managing game day operations for over 20 ticketed Pac12 and NCAA level sports. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Arizona, completed in May 2023, and graduated with a high school diploma from Sabino High School in 2019.
