Dave Elton

Dave Elton is an experienced realtor with a diverse background in real estate and photography. Since June 2016, Dave has been working at Arizona Best Real Estate, specializing in connecting investors with income-producing properties, as well as assisting residential buyers and sellers in various property types including commercial, multi-family, and land. As the founder of Magic-Hour Photography since January 2011, Dave provides professional photography services with a focus on HDR real estate stills, aerial photography, and videography. Previously, Dave served as a realtor at Realty ONE Group from January 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities included representing clients in property transactions and managing marketing efforts, and worked at Elton Realty, LLC from June 2002 to January 2013, a family-run real estate brokerage. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Screenwriting from San Francisco State University and studies at Arizona State University.
