Prior to a successful real estate career, Kelly held various significant positions at America West Airlines from 1994 to 2005, including roles as Assistant Controller, Senior Director of Corporate Accounting, Director of Corporate Disbursements, Manager of Corporate Audit, and Senior Auditor, overseeing financial accounting, reporting functions, and corporate audits.
