Rallis, who turns 30 in July, comes to Arizona after working as the linebackers coach with the Philadelphia Eagles the past two seasons (2021-22). Prior to his tenure in Philadelphia, Rallis spent three seasons (2018-20) with the Minnesota Vikings.
Working under current Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon the past two seasons in Philadelphia, Rallis helped the Eagles advance to Super Bowl LVII at State Farm Stadium after beating San Francisco in the NFC Championship, win the NFC East in 2022 and earn the #1 seed in the NFC with a 14-3 record. The Eagles made the postseason in each season Rallis coached with the team.
