Tina Givens

Tina Givens, MLS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of People Operations for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, focusing on aligning organizational strategies across various industries and enhancing workplace culture. Prior to this role, Tina held leadership positions in human resources at RepairSmith and Fair.com, developing comprehensive HR policies and fostering employee engagement and retention. Tina's experience includes managing human resources for multiple call centers at Empereon-Constar and leading the HR department at Advertising Checking Bureau. Tina holds a Master of Legal Studies in Employment Law & HR from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Arizona State University.
