Melissa Lamson

Melissa Lamson has a diverse work experience, including roles such as Managing Partner at Lead with DEI LLC, where they specialized in diversity management and executive coaching. Melissa also served as the SVP of Innovation Operations at the Arizona Commerce Authority, focused on growing and strengthening Arizona's economy through recruitment and partnerships. Additionally, they were involved in the entrepreneurial community as the Interim Director at Venture Café Phoenix, providing a space for networking and innovation.

Melissa Lamson earned their Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Earlham College and went on to complete a Master's degree in Intercultural Relations with a specialization in Diversity Management at Lesley University. Melissa also obtained an Executive Certificate in International/Global Studies from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, Melissa earned various certifications in coaching, emotional intelligence, and other related fields over the years.
