Natasha Allen

Natasha Allen, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Donor Experience at the Arizona Community Foundation, a position held since March 2025. Previously, Natasha worked as the Senior Director of Regional Alumni Engagement at The University of Arizona Foundation from June 2024 to December 2024, where collaboration with the Assistant Vice President led to the development of a comprehensive regional alumni engagement strategy. Natasha's experience also includes serving as a Donor Relations, Stewardship and Engagement Senior Specialist at Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation, where strategic long-term stewardship plans for key donors were implemented. Earlier roles include Member & Donor Relations Manager at the University of Arizona Museum of Art and Development Coordinator at Springs Rescue Mission, where event planning and donor engagement efforts were directed. Education credentials include a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and multiple degrees from the University of Memphis.
