Joanie Rivard

Joanie Rivard is an experienced Front Office Specialist currently working at Arizona Community Physicians since August 2020. Previously, Joanie served as an Administrative Assistant for the Boy Scouts of America, Catalina Council from September 2016 to August 2020, and in a similar role at MAMA'S HAWAIIAN BAR-B-CUE from September 2016 to September 2018. Joanie has a background in medical records, having recently graduated from Pima Community College with a certification in medical records technology and billing and coding. Prior to pursuing a career in the medical field, Joanie held various positions, including Recapture Specialist at Pima Federal Credit Union, where tenured for 12 years, and Photo Lab Tech at Kmart Corporation. Joanie began studies in American Sign Language at Pima Community College and graduated from Amphitheater High School.
