Tracey Sridharan has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Tracey started their career in 2002 as a School Psychologist at Cartwright School District, where they worked until 2007. Tracey then joined P.A.S.S. as a School Psychologist from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Creighton School District as a School Psychologist for a year. In 2011, Tracey joined the Arizona Department of Education as an Education Program Specialist and later became the Director of Professional Learning and Sustainability in 2016.

Tracey Sridharan holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Tracey also pursued specialization in School Psychology by earning an Ed.S. degree from The University of Kansas.
