Daren Sweet is currently serving as a Community Engagement Facilitator at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality since September 2024. Previously, Daren worked as a Community Outreach Coordinator at the Arizona Department of Revenue from April 2021 to October 2024, and as a Strategic Mitigation Project Coordinator at the State of Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs from November 2019 to January 2021. Daren also held roles at the Arizona Department of Economic Security as a Child Support Outreach Supervisor and as a Child Support Officer 2/Training Officer II at the State of Arizona. Daren's military experience includes serving as an Equal Opportunity Specialist in the Arizona Air National Guard, where responsibilities included investigating EEO claims, and training new employee orientations in the Arizona National Guard. Daren holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Grand Canyon University and a certificate in Mediation, Diversity, and Title VII from the Defense Equal Opportunity Military Institute.
