Jenna Cooper, MBA, CNP, currently serves as Chief of Staff at the Arizona Department of Health Services, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and community engagement. Previously, Jenna held various leadership roles at the Arizona Alliance of YMCAs and Valley of the Sun YMCA, where significant contributions included the creation of innovative programs addressing healthcare, childcare, and youth homelessness, as well as securing over $60 million in funding. With a strong background in strategic partnerships, Jenna also led initiatives at the Girl Scouts Heart of Central California and the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, fostering community involvement and enhancing service delivery. Jenna holds an MBA from North Park University and a BS in Nonprofit Management from Arizona State University.
