Dreamlyn Williams

Dreamlyn Williams, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration and budgeting. Currently serving as a Grant Project Manager at the Arizona Department of Public Safety since July 2023, Dreamlyn oversees state grant funding and collaborates with executive leadership to align grant programming with departmental vision. Prior to this role, Dreamlyn spent nearly six years as a Budget Manager for the City of Tempe, also holding the position of Data/Budget Analyst for Tempe PRE. Dreamlyn's career includes significant contributions as an Administrative Services Manager at Maricopa County, where responsibilities ranged from budget management to strategic planning and project oversight. Earlier roles featured experience in program coordination at Arizona State University and operations management at the Downtown Phoenix Partnership. Dreamlyn holds an MPA from Arizona State University and a Project Management Certificate from Mesa Community College, alongside a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Political Science and Sociology.
