John Bosco Gakumba

John Bosco Gakumba is a seasoned Senior SQL Server Database Administrator with extensive experience in database management and optimization across various organizations. Currently employed at the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Gakumba focuses on enhancing data protection and recovery while ensuring SQL Server performance and security. Previous roles include contractor work at LINTOC CARE, LLC, and as a Senior SQL DBA at Rehema Outpatient Treatment Center, where Gakumba executed system consolidation and maintained reliable database operations. At Elite Care Transportation, significant improvements in database efficiency were achieved through performance tuning. Gakumba also contributed to SQL education as a tutor and played a pivotal role in integrating critical IT tools as a National Project Expert at NILE BASIN DISCOURSE. Gakumba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Rwanda.
