Philip L. Brailsford

Philip L. Brailsford serves as General Counsel for the Arizona Department of Public Safety since September 2021, bringing prior experience as an Associate Attorney at Fennemore Craig, P.C. from September 2015 to September 2021, where the focus was on Business Litigation. A former Police Lieutenant with the City of Mesa from July 1996 to September 2015, Philip also has military experience as a SFC in the 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from January 1994 to January 2003 and worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Utah County Sheriff's Office from July 1995 to July 1996. Philip holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Arizona State University College of Law (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice from Northern Arizona University (2008-2010).
