Adrianne Sloat

Adrianne Sloat is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and sales within the financial sector. Currently serving as Assistant Director at the Arizona Department of Revenue since August 2019, Adrianne has also held the roles of Deputy Assistant Director and Administrator in the same organization. Prior to this, Adrianne was Regional Director at Phinance Mortgage Group from January 2019 to August 2019, and previously held the same position from June 2018 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at BMO Harris Bank from October 2006 to June 2018 as District Manager, where Adrianne inspired and coached branch teams to exceed sales goals and enhance customer service. Adrianne holds a Graduate Banking School Certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder (2012-2014) and has studied at Arizona State University West.
