Bodie Graves has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bodie started their career in 1983 at Computer Graphics of AZ, where they initially worked as a Software Developer for 12 years. Bodie then transitioned to the role of Account Manager for the same company. In 1999, Bodie joined Acxiom as a Program/Project Manager & Team Leader, where they received multiple awards for their successful delivery of sustainable solutions. Bodie specialized in decision support, data warehouse, cloud-based SaaS applications, and IaaS infrastructure solutions. At Acxiom, they also mentored and coached other project managers within the PMO. In 2014, Bodie joined the State of Arizona as a Sr Project Manager, leading Converged Infrastructure/hybrid cloud and Agile development projects. Bodie was responsible for project proposal, financial planning, reporting, and managing budgets as large as $11 million. Finally, in 2019, Bodie became a Sr Manager/Systems & Network at the Arizona Department of Revenue.

Bodie Graves obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Grand Canyon University's Ken Blanchard School of Business, with a duration of one year from 2001 to 2002. In 2014, they completed Certified ScrumMaster training at SolutionsIQ, specializing in Agile Methodology. Additionally, Bodie obtained several additional certifications including Google Workspace Guru from Google in June 2021, ITIL Foundation Certified from PeopleCert in February 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com in November 2017, and VCE Certified Converged Infrastructure Associate (VCE-CIA) from Dell EMC in August 2017. Bodie also holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. Bodie has expressed interest in obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, but it is unclear whether they have obtained it.
