Laura Douglas has extensive experience in communications and media relations, currently serving as Communications Project Manager and previously as News Operations Manager/Media Relations at the Arizona Department of Transportation since February 2008. Prior roles include Public Information Officer at the Arizona Division of Emergency Management from May 2005 to February 2008, and various reporting positions at KNXV-TV ABC 15 News and East Valley Tribune. Laura's early career includes anchor and reporter roles at KAPP-TV and WBKB-TV. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Arizona State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
