Joshua Litt is a highly skilled water resources and environmental science professional with extensive experience in various roles within the Arizona Department of Water Resources and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Currently serving as a Water Resources Specialist III, Joshua focuses on Assured and Adequate Water Supply. Previous positions include Environmental Science Specialist III, where Joshua investigated complex environmental issues, conducted inspections, and developed innovative compliance tools. Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Water Management & Hydrological Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Washington, complemented by a minor in Architecture. A proven leader in environmental compliance and monitoring, Joshua is certified as a UIC inspector by the USEPA.
