Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at the Arizona Department of Water Resources since June 2020, Matthew previously held positions including System Engineering Manager at the Arizona Department of Health Services, where key achievements included migrating all assets to AWS Cloud and implementing cost recovery strategies. Matthew's earlier roles encompassed Senior Linux Administrator and Acting ISDU Manager at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, where skills in systems management, performance tuning, and team leadership were honed. With a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree from Estrella Mountain Community College, Matthew combines technical expertise with strategic vision.
