Ayla Acosta

Ayla Acosta has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Ayla currently holds the position of Manager, Corporate Marketing at the Arizona Diamondbacks, starting in August 2021. Previously, they worked at the Winston-Salem Dash, where they held multiple roles. From December 2019 to August 2021, they served as the Director of Corporate Partnership Services. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Partnerships Account Manager from March 2019 to December 2019 and as a Corporate Partnerships Representative from November 2017 to March 2019. In these positions, Ayla focused on maintaining contracts, creating partnerships, managing community events, and strengthening relationships with corporate partners. Prior to their time at the Winston-Salem Dash, Ayla gained experience at Wake Forest University as a Student Manager and an Athletic Development Assistant. Ayla also had an internship at the Winston-Salem Dash, where they worked in Entertainment and Creative Services.

Ayla Acosta completed their high school education at Bandys High School from 2009 to 2013. Ayla then went to Wake Forest University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication from 2013 to 2017. Ayla further pursued their education at the University of Miami, where they completed a Master's degree in Sports Administration from 2017 to 2019.
