Bob Zweig

CTO, SVP of Technolgy at Arizona Diamondbacks

Bob Zweig has a strong and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Bob began their career in 1998 at Accenture, where they served as a Sr. Manager until 2003. In 2003, they joined PayPal as the Director of Information Technology, a position they held until 2006. During this time, they also worked at eBay as the Director of IT and Global Telecom, responsible for managing PayPal's IT systems.

In 2006, Bob moved to Ask.com, where they initially served as the Director of Information Management & Delivery, overseeing Data Warehouse and Data Mining functions. Bob later advanced to the role of VP of Information Technology, responsible for various business functions such as user behavior tracking, search relevance, advertising performance, and global enterprise reporting.

Most recently, since 2008, Bob has been associated with the Arizona Diamondbacks, where they started as the CIO & VP. Bob later transitioned to the role of CTO and SVP of Technology, starting in January 2022. Currently, their tenure with the Arizona Diamondbacks is ongoing.

Bob Zweig attended Amos Alonzo Stagg High School from 1984 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1987 to 1992.
