Debbie Castaldo

Debbie Castaldo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Debbie began their career at Alltel Wireless as the Director of Marketing and Advertising from 1995 to 2001. Debbie then joined Westcor as the Director of Strategic Partnerships from 2003 to 2005. Afterwards, they worked at St. Joseph's Hospital as the Director of Philanthropic Innovation from 2005 to 2009. Since 2009, they have been with the Arizona Diamondbacks, initially serving as the Vice President Corporate and Community Impact & Executive Director of the D-backs Foundation. In January 2020, they were promoted to Senior Vice President and continues to play a key role in the strategic direction of the philanthropic efforts of the organization.

Debbie Castaldo obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing from The University of Texas at El Paso. Debbie completed their undergraduate studies from 1986 to 1992.
