Jake Howell

Jake Howell has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Software Developer at the Arizona Diamondbacks since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Mount Saint Joseph High School from February 2022 to September 2022. From June 2021 to September 2022, they were a Software Developer at ITS - Internet Testing Systems.

Jake also has coaching experience, having served as the Head Baseball Coach at The Baseball Warehouse from May 2022 to August 2022, and as a Baseball Camp Coach at Mount Saint Joseph High School from June 2014 to June 2018.

In terms of internships, Jake worked as a Computer Science Intern at the Shodor Foundation from September 2019 to December 2019, and at Berkeley Lab from June 2019 to December 2019.

Jake began their career as a Junior Software Engineer at GEORGE STREET Services, Inc. from September 2020 to May 2021.

Throughout their time at Hood College from August 2017 to May 2021, Jake held various roles, including Student and Orientation Assistant/Peer Mentor from August 2019 to May 2020.

Jake Howell completed their high school education at Mount Saint Joseph High School from 2013 to 2017, earning a High School Diploma. Jake then pursued further studies at Hood College from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics.
