Kat McDonald

Kat McDonald is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event management, education, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Event Services at the Arizona Diamondbacks since February 2022, Kat has progressively advanced through various roles, including Senior Event Manager and Event Coordinator. Prior to this, Kat worked as an Executive Coordinator at Redrock Entertainment and as an Elementary School Teacher at Power Ranch Elementary School, where strategies were implemented to enhance student learning and resilience. Additionally, at CBS Radio, Kat was a Digital and Marketing Producer, where a significant increase in website traffic was achieved. Kat holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Marketing from Vanguard University of Southern California.
