Nicole Campillo Penagos

Nicole Campillo Penagos currently serves as an Economic Development & Government Affairs Specialist for the Arizona Diamondbacks, with previous roles including Coordinator of Government Affairs and various internships focused on community impact and corporate partnerships. In addition, Nicole held the position of PepsiCo/GCU Athletics Brand Ambassador at Grand Canyon University, representing the brands through events and social media. Nicole has extensive leadership experience as the Director of Sustainability for the Associated Students of Grand Canyon University, fostering sustainable practices on campus. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Hospitality Management from Grand Canyon University, following a high school diploma from Sunrise Mountain High School.
