Thomas Johnson

Thomas Johnson has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering roles. Thomas started their career as a Software Developer at Cummins Allison, where they worked from January 2016 to December 2017. During this time, they also served as a Senior Lead Technician, providing technical support for fellow technicians.

In 2018, Thomas joined Envision as a Software Systems Engineer on a Boeing Contract. Thomas was responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining satellite component software systems using various programming languages and methodologies.

Later in 2018, Thomas joined the Arizona Diamondbacks as a Baseball Systems Developer. Thomas worked on full-stack software development for baseball systems applications, including SQL and MongoDB data-driven applications, HTTP communications, REST APIs, and cloud-based solutions. Thomas also mentored and trained new developers and tackled complex issues and projects.

In 2017, before joining the Arizona Diamondbacks, Thomas worked as a Remote Full Stack Developer/Consultant at Arizona State University. Thomas developed new features, resolved defects, and deployed the CAssess platform while working with multiple APIs and technologies. Their stack included Java, Spring, MySQL, and JavaScript, among others.

Overall, Thomas has a strong background in software development, database management, API integration, and mentoring/troubleshooting.

Thomas Johnson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Thomas attended the university from 2014 to 2017.
