Mike Thorell

Mike Thorell is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in banking and community service. Currently serving as the Arizona Market President and Chief Lending Officer at Arizona Financial Credit Union since December 2019, Thorell is responsible for various loan production and operations. Previous roles include Chairman and CEO of PB Financial Holdings, Inc. from 2015 to 2021, as well as Chairman and CEO of Pinnacle Bank (AZ) from 2008 to 2019, where oversight of all business functions was paramount. Thorell has held significant leadership positions in community organizations, including Foundation Trustee and Life Governor at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale, and board director roles at multiple foundations. Thorell holds a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona.
