Arizona Generation and Transmission Cooperatives
Elizabeth A. Welch, CPSM, CPSD, C.P.M., currently serves as Manager of Supply Chain and Buyer at Arizona Generation and Transmission Cooperatives, where responsibilities include purchasing commodities and services to support electricity generation and transmission in rural Southwest areas since September 2014. Previously, Elizabeth worked at UTC Aerospace Systems as Senior Buyer/Subcontract Administrator, supporting Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 projects and aftermarket requirements from 2006 to 2014. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Buyer at REMEC Defense & Space, Inc., focused on RF and microwave communications, and as Buyer/Expeditor at TransCore for electronic toll collection systems. Elizabeth holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Management from UC San Diego.

Arizona G&T Cooperatives operate on a not-for-profit basis. Arizona G&T Cooperatives are two electric cooperatives owned by the members we serve. Our members include six electric distribution cooperatives that distribute electric power to their own residential and commercial consumers at the end of the line.
