Dawn Henry

Dawn Henry is a seasoned professional in early childhood education and program management, currently serving as the Director of Programs at the Arizona Housing Coalition since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dawn held the position of Vice President of Talent at UMOM New Day Centers from January 2023 to April 2024. Dawn's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of People and Culture at Candelen from June 2016 to January 2023, and various roles at the Association for Supportive Child Care, including Program Manager and Program Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed grant writing, staff development, and relationship management with funders and educational institutions. Dawn holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University.
