Shelby Brose

Shelby Brose currently serves as the Senior Manager of Education and Outreach at the Arizona Humane Society, having been with the organization since November 2016, where strategic leadership and community engagement efforts have led to significant growth in participation and revenue. Prior to this role, Shelby has held various educational positions, including Night Camp Instructor and Trail Experiences Coordinator at the Arizona Center for Nature Conservation (Phoenix Zoo), where responsibilities included group management and volunteer training. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Education at the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center, Teen Programs Coordinator at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale, and Animal Behavior Counselor at the Arizona Animal Welfare League. Shelby's extensive background in education and outreach focuses on fostering empathy and connection to nature through innovative programming and community partnerships.
