Ranjani Venkatakrishnan is a seasoned media professional currently serving as a Social Video Specialist and Host at Arizona PBS since June 2025, and as the Arizona chapter president for the Asian American Journalists Association since April 2024. Ranjani also freelances with Take The Lead Women, creating videos for programs and managing community initiatives. Previously, Ranjani held the role of Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist at Southwest Mobile Storage, evolving from a videographer to a strategic creative lead. Ranjani has experience as a Production Assistant at Real Vision and as a Content Strategy Consultant for LeaderStories. Early career contributions include roles as a Student Writer at Barrett, a Newscast Producer at Cronkite News, and a Social Media Coordinator for the Indian Students’ Association at Arizona State University. Ranjani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Mass Communication from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.
