Chad Folk serves as an Electronic Data Interchange Specialist at Arizona Priority Care since December 2011, managing database data ingestion and output, formatting EDI records, and tracking user status in the EMR environment. Previously, Chad held roles including Database Administrator at Arizona Priority Care, where data integrity and IT process assistance were key responsibilities, and Technical Installations at CallPointe, focusing on software installation for appointment reminder systems. Additionally, experience includes working in Human Resources at GEICO, where candidate interviews were conducted, and providing Windows support at Convergys, addressing NT Workstation and networking issues. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, completed in 2012, and attended Pima Community College for 1.5 years in Advertising Art.
