Diane Breier is a seasoned RN Case Manager with extensive experience in managing complex chronic health conditions across various healthcare settings. Currently employed at Arizona Priority Care since August 2020, Diane previously held the position of RN Case Manager II at Centene Corporation, overseeing a caseload of over 100 members with intricate medical needs. Diane's background includes roles as a Case Manager TeleHealth Registered Nurse and Personal Health Consultant II at UnitedHealth Group and Alere, Inc., respectively, upon Alere's acquisition by UnitedHealth Group. Prior experience also encompasses positions as Nursing Supervisor at BAYADA Home Health Care Specialists and Disease Case Management/Health Coach at Health Dialog. Diane served as a Captain in the Army Nurse Corps, along with a role as Occupational Health Nurse/Safety Specialist in the Idaho Army National Guard.
