Debbie Shields serves as the Designated Broker and CEO of Shields Regal Realty in Scottsdale, Arizona, a position held since December 2000. With extensive experience in residential property listings and sales, Debbie Shields actively manages the daily operations of the brokerage and assists clients in their real estate investments. Additionally, as a state-certified real estate instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business since 2006, Debbie Shields educates pre-licensing and continuing education students. Debbie Shields has also held leadership roles within the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, including President Elect in 2015, contributing to the association's growth and development.
