Krystal Burchinal has extensive experience in various technical and customer service roles. Currently employed as a Repair Technician at Arizona Snowbowl since November 2014, Krystal is responsible for maintaining and repairing rental skis and snowboards while providing excellent customer service. Previous roles include serving as a Breadhead at Wildflower Bread Company, Field Technician positions at the Southwest Experimental Garden Array and NEON Program, and multiple instructional roles at Northern Arizona University, where Krystal prepared laboratory materials and assisted students. Additional experience includes conducting vegetation surveys for The Nature Conservancy and research-related tasks at Development Engineering Sciences, LLC. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northern Arizona University.
